About

Hello and welcome!

Many people explore the idea of therapy to feel better in some way. Even if  it's feels difficult to explain what you're going through right now--I help create a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, or behavior you'd like to work through and qualities in your life you'd like to change.

Many of my clients dive into taking a look at difficult to feel or painful emotions, such as depression or anxiety, their childhood trauma, feeling stuck or dissatisfied in relationships or at work,  life transitions or big decisions, women's issues, or just the uncertainty and stress of the world.

Using mindfulness as a tool, we can get curious and focus on witnessing parts of yourself that may hold wounds or outdated beliefs about yourself, relationships and the world.

I’m passionate about addressing the narrative just below our awareness and using our ‘triggers’  or strong emotions as guideposts for understanding and growth.

Together we can rediscover your sense of  "yourself", feeling  grounded, empowered, harnessing resilience, or just feeling a shift in how life is going, feeling like you're mentally and emotionally in a 'better place.'

Please see my website for more details about my practice, and for contact information. I look forward to meeting you.
