In my therapy practice, I help clients explore meaning and choice as they grapple with life’s challenges, such as emotional regulation, life transitions, identity, sexuality, loss, resiliency, and relationship with oneself. I help people explore who they are and where they are going, and how to infuse meaning into life in new ways.
I have a deep respect for my clients, for their wisdom and struggles. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to look at each unique concern and situation. I provide an inclusive, expansive space where all are seen and accepted. If you are ready to do the work, I am here to walk beside you. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is healing and powerful, and I am committed to fostering a close and caring connection with each person I work with.
I am an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University, teaching graduate courses on sexuality.
