The stress of Covid-19 is difficult and stressful. This whole Covid-19 situation has affected people in different ways, but at the very least life has been changed for just about everyone. This change can be hard, and many are finding themselves coping with boredom, anxiety, stress, and depression. I provide a nonjudgmental, accepting, and loving space to be and honor self.
I have a warm, non-judgmental, accepting approach that provides a space and opportunity to address issues. I work to help individuals better understand themselves, families and each other.
I can bring art into sessions with both Couples, children and adults to add insight and deepen self-observation along with an array of other tools to help meet the client right where they are.
